These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Butterknife LLC, a California limited liability company ("Butterknife," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Postmagiq product (postmagiq.com). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Butterknife a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the services to you. You are solely responsible for the content you publish through our services.
Our services integrate with third-party platforms including LinkedIn. Your use of those platforms through our services is subject to their respective terms. We act only on your authorized instructions when publishing content to those platforms via OAuth.
Paid features are billed per the pricing displayed at signup. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated. We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases, but provisions intended to survive termination shall remain in effect.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Butterknife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
